Returns & Refunds Policy

At Oakenwood Collectibles, we take great care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom or personalised items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
